Vendor Fair Booth Availability, Fees, and Expectations
We appreciate your interest in the Oakridge Westfir Tree Planting Festival Vendor and Service Fair. To get started please read the information provided to ensure you are aware and will accommodate the space.
We are thankful to work with the Oakridge School District to hold this event, so we must respect the school rules!
Basic information:

Application deadline: May 1st, 2024

There are 56, 8' x 8' spaces available where non-profits and service providers can have one FREE booth

Booth spaces are on a first come, first serve basis

No pets are allowed on Oakridge School District Campuses​

No smoking, vaping, drinking, or drugs of any kind are allowed on Oakridge School District Campuses​

You must provide tables, chairs, power cords, etc. if you need them

You must also complete our application and liability waiver to participate in this event

Full refunds will be issued ONLY if a cancellation notice is provided 2 weeks before this event
Festival information
Location: Oakridge Elementary School

Setup: Friday, May 3rd, from 6 to 9 PM

Festival Fair: Saturday May 4th, 9 AM to 5 PM &
Sunday, May 5th, 9 AM to 3 PM
Take Down: Sunday, May 5th, from 3 to 6 PM
Please no early takedowns!
Liability Waiver Information
As representing agent of your business, non-profit, or service accept full responsibility for the rented booth space and release the Oakridge-Westfir Community Festivals Association/Tree Planting Festival from any damages, injury, or loss that the individual or business may sustain during participation in this event. Vendors are responsible for, and encouraged to obtain, any insurance they deem necessary; the Tree Planting Festival does not provide you with any insurance. Vendors expressly release the Tree Planting Festival Market from all liability whatsoever, from this date forward. Vendors are also responsible for any compliance with the State of Oregon.
